RMA Services quality target

Data Respons Solutions’ target is to have at least 90% of all Returned Material Authorisation
to be returned to our customers within the defined TAT.

*TAT = Turn Around Time, the time from Data Respons Solutions receive the RMA unit until Data Respons Solutions returns the RMA unit to the customer. RMA is followed up on a weekly basis.
