RMA Services quality target

Akkodis’  target is to have at least 90% of all Returned Material Authorisation
to be returned to our customers within the defined TAT.

*TAT = Turn Around Time, the time from we receive the RMA unit until we return the RMA unit to the customer.

RMA is followed up on a weekly basis.
