Compliance, standards, and regulations can be complex and are constantly changing. Their intention is holding companies not only responsible for their own actions but extending it to throughout their supply chain.

At Data Respons Solutions we are convinced that compliance regulations will positively reinforce the way we work in terms of responsible business conduct. We will apply the same standards for ourselves as we do for our suppliers and business partners.

Norways Transparency Act.

Norway’s Transparency Act came into force on July 1, 2022.  The Act applies to larger enterprises that are resident in Norway and that offer goods and services in or outside Norway and to larger foreign enterprises that offer goods and services in Norway, and that are liable to tax to Norway pursuant to internal Norwegian legislation.

Our work with the Transparency Act will be continuous in the coming years as both risks and measures will change in line with societal developments and the information we receive from, among others, our employees, our suppliers, and other business relationships. The Due Diligence assessment was published on our website June 30, 2023.

The obligation to provide information was applicable from when the law entered into force. If you have questions about our work relating to the Transparency Act in Data Respons Solutions, we ask that this be sent in writing to:

Quality control certification, checked garantee of standard.

Supply chain due diligence

Data Respons Solutions want to be among the leading responsible companies and are convinced that this is good for business. The list of supply chain due diligence regulations continues to grow.

We are only as sustainable as our suppliers and to build a transparent, sustainable and compliant supply chain and reduce risk, we have partnered with Integrity Next, a cloud-based supply chain monitoring platform.

Raising Concerns

Whistleblower portal & link

Data Respons Solutions are committed to building a culture of trust where employees are comfortable to ask questions, seek guidance, raise concerns, and report suspected violations. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who speaks up in good faith to ask questions, raise a concern, report a suspected violation or participate in an internal company investigation. Good faith means that you sincerely believe that a legitimate issue exists. The whistleblowing portal is operated confidentially by an independent third-party company.
